1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ph369. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph369 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph369 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your ph369 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph369 does not accept deposits from third parties. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Intellectual Property

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

ph369's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph369 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph369 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph369 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph369 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ph369 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where ph369 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, ph369 may withhold any funds pending investigation.

You may close your ph369 account at any time by contacting ph369 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method.
